THE DELIVERABLE
What do you get with the audit?
The audit produces a 15-20 page report that includes an analysis of your online presence, both on- and off-site. Site findings and recommendations run from the tactical (fix broken links, consider more descriptive page titles) to the highly strategic (redesign the site, re-imagine the blog). Off-site analysis will help you uncover and deal with any vestiges of outdated names, I.e., from acquired firms or retired partners—that may be confusing the AI engines, as well as claim and correct your directory profiles, reviews, and published content. Additionally, the report names the specific competitors outranking you in AI search for your practice areas in your markets, and tells you what they’re doing differently.
This is an actionable document that can be used by a marketer as a Statement of Work or Project Charter.
THE PROCESS
How does the audit process work?
The audit starts with a scoping call to make sure we understand which attorneys, practice areas, and markets will be part of the audit.
Once that is agreed upon, we will invoice you and make sure all necessary agreements are in place. Then, we’ll get to work. The audit generally takes 5 business days and requires no effort on your part.
While we are conducting the audit, we ask that you work with us to schedule the final review(s). Once that is done, the audit is complete. There is no recurring fee or subscription.
